- Today, after I heard that my mom stayed home from work with the flu, I stopped by Wal-Mart on my way home from school to pick her up some canned soup. I ran into my dad who was already in the check-out line. He had 5 cans of soup, NyQuil, tissues, tampons, 4 romantic comedy DVDs and a bouquet of flowers. My dad makes me smile and MMT.
- Today, I was sitting on a hotel balcony watching 2 lovers in the distance walk along the beach. From their body language, I could tell they were laughing and enjoying each other’s company. As they got closer, I realized they were my parents. My parents almost got divorced 8 years ago. MMT
- Today, I’m only 17, but I’ve been with my boyfriend, Jake, for 3 years, and last night was the first time we spent the night together. We’ve never ‘done it,’ and we didn’t last night either. Instead, we baked cookies, watched two comedies, laughed, played Xbox and fell asleep in each other’s arms. Despite the warnings from my parents, he’s been nothing but a gentleman and a best friend. MMT
- Today, when I tapped the side of my wheelchair and told my husband, “You’re the only reason I want to be free from this contraption,” he kissed me on my forehead and said, “Honey, I don’t even see that thing.” MMT
- Today, my grandmother and grandfather, who were both in their early 90’s and married for 72 years, both died of natural causes approximately one hour apart from each other. MMT
- Today, my dad came to see me for the first time in 6 months since I told him I’m gay. When I opened the door he had tears in his eyes and he immediately gave me a huge hug and said, “I’m sorry, Jason. I love you.” MMT
- Today, my autistic little sister spoke her first word at the age of 6 – my name. MMT
- Today, at the age of 72, nearly 15 years after my grandfather passed away, my grandmother remarried. And since I’m only 17, I’ve never seen her so happy in all my life. It’s inspiring to see two people so in love at their age. MMT it’s never too late.
- Today, at a jazz club in San Francisco I saw a man and woman enjoying a drink together. The woman was a dwarf and the man must have been 6 feet tall. Later in the evening they went out onto the dance floor. The man got down on his knees so they could slow dance together. They danced the rest of the night. MMT
- Today, as I was sleeping, I woke up to my daughter calling my name. I was sleeping in a sofa chair in her hospital room. I opened my eyes to her beautiful smile. My daughter has been in a coma for 98 days. MMT
- Today, exactly 10 years ago almost to the minute, I stopped at an intersection and a car rear ended me. The driver was a student at UF, just like me. He was cordial and apologetic. As we waited for the cops and the tow truck we chatted and started laughing together about all sorts of stuff. We exchanged numbers and the rest is history. We just celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary. MMT
- Today, I was working in a coffee shop when 2 gay men walked in holding hands. As you might expect, heads started turning. Then a young girl at the table next to me asked her mom why 2 men were holding hands. Her mom replied, “Because they love each other.” MMT
- Today, after 2 years of separation, my ex-wife and I resolved our differences and met for dinner. We laughed and chatted for almost 4 hours. Then just before she left, she handed me a large envelope. In it were 20 love letters she wrote me over the last 2 years. There was a post-it note on the envelope that said, “Letters I was too stubborn to send.” MMT
- Today, I was in an accident that left me with a gash on my forehead. The doctors wrapped a bandage around my head and said I have to keep it on all week. I hate wearing it. Two minutes ago my little brother walked into my room wearing a bandage on his head. My mom said he insisted that he didn’t want me to feel alone. MMT
- Today, my mother passed away after a long battle with cancer. My best friend lives 2000 miles away and called to comfort me. While on the phone, he asked, “What would you do if I showed up at your house and gave you the biggest hug in the world?” “I would surely smile,” I replied. And then he rang my doorbell. MMT
- Today, as my 91-year-old grandfather (a military doctor, war hero, and successful business owner) rested in his hospital bed, I asked him what his greatest life accomplishment was. He turned around, grabbed my grandmother’s hand, looked her in the eyes, and said, “Growing old with you.” MMT
- Today, as I watched my 75-year-old grandmother and grandfather being silly with each other and laughing in the kitchen, I felt like I got a short glimpse of what true love feels like. I hope I find it someday. MMT
- Today, exactly twenty years ago to the hour, I risked my life to save a woman who was drowning in the rapids of the Colorado River. And that’s how I met my wife - the love of my life. MMT
- Today, on our 50th wedding anniversary, she smiled at me and said, “I only wish I had met you sooner.” MMT
- Today, my blind friend explained to me in vivid detail how beautiful his new girlfriend is. MMT

60 Tiny Love Stories: Part 2
- Today, a woman who must have her voicebox removed due to cancer is enrolled in my sign language class. Her husband, four children, two sisters, brother, mother, father, and twelve close friends are also enrolled in the same class so they can communicate with her after she loses her ability to speak aloud. MMT
- Today, my 11-year-old son speaks fluent sign language because his best friend, Josh, who he grew up with from the time he was an infant, is deaf. Seeing their genuine friendship evolve and grow over the years MMT.
- Today, due to Alzheimer’s and dementia, my grandfather usually can’t remember who my grandmother is when he wakes up in the morning. It bothered my grandmother a year ago when it first happened, but now she’s fully supportive of his condition. In fact, she plays a game every day in which she tries to get my grandfather to ask her to re-marry him before dinnertime. She hasn’t failed yet. MMT
- Today, my dad passed away from natural causes at the age of 92. I found his body resting peacefully in the recliner in his bedroom. In his lap, facing upright, were three framed 8×10 photographs of my mom who passed away about 10 years ago. She was the love of his life, and apparently the last thing he wanted to see before he passed. MMT
- Today, I am the proud mom of a blind 17-year-old boy. Although my son was born without his sense of sight, it hasn’t stopped him from being a straight A student, a guitarist (whose band just surpassed 25,000 downloads of their first album), and a loving boyfriend to his long-term girlfriend, Valerie. Just today, his younger sister asked him what he likes about Valerie, and he said, “Everything. She’s beautiful.” MMT
- Today, I waited on an elderly couple. The way they looked at each other… you could see they were in love. When the husband mentioned that they were celebrating their anniversary, I smiled and said, “Let me guess. You two have been together forever.” They laughed and the wife said, “Actually, no, today is our 5 year anniversary. We both outlived our spouses and then life blessed us with one more shot at love.” MMT
- Today, my father found my little sister alive, chained up in a barn. She was abducted near Mexico City almost 5 months ago. Authorities stopped actively searching for her a few weeks later. My mom and I laid her soul to rest. We had a funeral for her last month. All of our family and friends attended the ceremony except my father. Instead he kept looking for her. He said he “loved her too much to give up.” And she’s back home now because he never did. MMT
- Today, there are two senior boys at my school who have an openly gay relationship. They have experienced verbal humiliation on a daily basis for the last two years, yet they continue to hold each other’s hand in the hallways. Despite threats and vandalized lockers, they showed up to prom this evening wearing matching tuxedos. Seeing them on the dance floor, smiling from ear to ear in spite of all the haters MMT.
- Today, my sister and I were in a bad car accident. My sister is Mrs. Popular at school – she knows everyone. I’m a bit of an introvert – I hang-out with the same 2 girls all the time. My sister immediately posted a comment on Facebook about our accident. And while all her friends were commenting, my 2 friends showed up independently at the scene of the accident before the paramedics arrived. MMT
- Today, my fiancé returned home from his last tour of duty overseas. Yesterday he was just my boyfriend, or so I thought. Almost a year ago, he mailed me a package. He told me I wasn’t allowed to open it until he got home in two weeks. But then his tour got extended for another 11 months. Today, when he got home, he told me to open the package, and just as I pulled the ring out of the box, he got down on one knee. MMT
- Today, my 12-year-old son, Sean, and I stopped by the nursing home together for the first time in several months. Usually I come alone see my mother who’s suffering from Alzheimer’s. When we walked into the lobby, the nurse said, “Hi, Sean!” and then buzzed us in. “How does she know your name?” I asked. “Oh, I swing by here on my walk home from school all the time to say hi to Grandma,” Sean said. I had no idea. MMT
- Today, I found an old hand written note my mom wrote when she was a senior in high school. On it is a list of qualities she hoped she would someday find in a boyfriend. The list is basically an exact description of my dad, who she didn’t meet until she was 27. MMT
- Today, I’ve been chemistry lab partners with one of the most beautiful (and popular) girls at our school since the beginning of the school year. And although I never would have had the courage to talk to her otherwise, she’s totally down to earth and sweet. We spend our time in the lab chatting, laughing, and getting A’s (she’s smart too), and just recently we started talking a little bit outside of class too. Last week when I heard that she didn’t have a date to our homecoming dance, I desperately wanted to ask her, but chickened out every time I was about to. Then this afternoon, at lunchtime, she ran up to me and formally asked me to ask her to the dance. So I did, and she kissed me on the cheek and said, “Yes!” MMT
- Today, on our 10th anniversary, she handed me a suicide note she wrote when she was 22, on the exact day we met. And she said, “For all these years I didn’t want you to know how foolish and unstable I was back when we met. But even though you didn’t know, you saved me. Thank you.” MMT
- Today, my grandpa keeps and old, candid photo on his nightstand of my grandma and him laughing together at some party in the 1960’s. My grandma passed away from cancer in 1999 when I was 7. This evening when I was at his house, my grandpa caught me staring at the photo. He walked up, hugged me from behind and said, “Remember, just because something doesn’t last forever, doesn’t mean it wasn’t worth your while.” MMT
- Today, I sat down with my two daughters, ages 4 and 6, to explain to them that we have to move out of our 4 bedroom house and into a 2 bedroom apartment for awhile until I can find another job that pays well. My daughters looked at each other for a moment and then my youngest daughter turned to me and asked, “Are we all moving into the apartment together?” “Yes,” I replied. “Oh, so no big deal then,” she said. MMT
- Today, I met the prettiest woman on a plane. Assuming I wouldn’t see her again after we made our connections, I told her how pretty I thought she was. She gave me the most sincere smile and said, “Nobody has said that to me in 10 years.” It turns out we’re both in our mid-30’s, never married, no kids, and we live about 5 miles away from each other. We have a date set for next Saturday after we return home. MMT
- Today, I’m a mother of 2 and a grandmother of 4. At 17 I got pregnant with twins. When my boyfriend and friends found out I wasn’t going to abort them, they turned a cold shoulder to me. But I pressed forward, worked full-time while attending school, graduated high school and college, and met a guy in one of my classes who has loved my children like his own for the last 50 years. MMT
- Today, on my 29th birthday, I returned home from my 4th and final tour of duty overseas. The little girl who lives next door to my parents (who isn’t so little any more - she’s 22 now) met me at the airport with a long stemmed rose, a bottle of my favorite vodka, and then asked me out on a date. MMT
- Today, my daughter accepted her boyfriend’s marriage proposal. He is 3 years older than her. They started dating when she was 14 and he was 17. I never liked the age difference when they were kids. When he turned 18 a week before she turned 15, my husband insisted they break-up. They maintained a friendship, but went on to date other people. Now at the ages of 24 and 27, I’ve never seen two people more in love. MMT

60 Tiny Love Stories: Part 1
Here’s a selection of 60 tiny love stories we stumbled across on the Makes Me Think website. It made each and everyone of us here think as it warmed our hearts at the gestures of love still out there. As such, we thought we would share. Here's the first 20, we hope it brighten your day with a smile as it did the same for us.
- Today, my 75-year-old grandpa who has been blind from cataracts for almost 15 years said to me, “Your grandma is just the most beautiful thing, isn’t she?” I paused for a second and said, “Yes she is. I bet you miss seeing that beauty on a daily basis.” “Sweety,” my grandpa said, “I still see her beauty every day. In fact, I see it more now than I used to when we were young.” MMT
- Today, I walked my daughter down the aisle. Ten years ago I pulled a 14 year old boy out of his mom’s fire-engulfed SUV after a serious accident. Doctors initially said he would never walk again. My daughter came with me several times to visit him at the hospital. Then she started going on her own. Today, seeing him defy the odds and smile widely, standing on his own two feet at the altar as he placed a ring on my daughter’s finger MMT.
- Today, I walked up to the door of my office (I’m a florist) at 7AM to find a uniformed Army soldier standing out front waiting. He was on his way to the airport to go to Afghanistan for a year. He said, “I usually bring home a bouquet of flowers for my wife every Friday and I don’t want to let her down when I’m away.” He then placed an order for 52 Friday afternoon deliveries of flowers to his wife’s office and asked me to schedule one for each week until he returns. I gave him a 50% discount because it made my day to see something so sweet. MMT
- Today, I told my 18 year old grandson that nobody asked me to prom when I was in high school, so I didn’t attend. He showed up at my house this evening dressed in a tuxedo and took me as his date to his prom. MMT
- Today, when she woke up from an eleven month coma, she kissed me and said, “Thank you for being here, and telling me those beautiful stories, and never giving up on me… And yes, I will marry you.” MMT
- Today, I was sitting on a park bench eating a sandwich for lunch when an elderly couple pulled their car up under a nearby oak tree. They rolled down the windows and turned up some jazz music on the radio. Then the man got out of the car, walked around to the passenger side, opened the door for the woman, took her hand and helped her out of her seat, guided her about ten feet away from the car, and they slow danced for the next half hour under the oak tree. MMT
- Today, I operated on a little girl. She needed O- blood. We didn’t have any, but her twin brother has O- blood. I explained to him that it was a matter of life and death. He sat quietly for a moment, and then said goodbye to his parents. I didn’t think anything of it until after we took his blood and he asked, “So when will I die?” He thought he was giving his life for hers. Thankfully, they’ll both be fine. MMT
- Today, my dad is the best dad I could ask for. He’s a loving husband to my mom (always making her laugh), he’s been to every one of my soccer games since I was 5 (I’m 17 now), and he provides for our family as a construction foreman. This morning when I was searching through my dad’s toolbox for a pliers, I found a dirty folded up paper at the bottom. It was an old journal entry in my dad’s handwriting dated exactly one month before the day I was born. It reads, “I am eighteen years old, an alcoholic who is failing out of college, a past cutter, and a child abuse victim with a criminal record of auto theft. And next month, ‘teen father’ will be added to the list. But I swear I will make things right for my little girl. I will be the dad I never had.” And I don’t know how he did it, but he did it. MMT
- Today, my 8-year-old son hugged me and said, “You are the best mom in the whole entire world!” I smiled and sarcastically replied, “How do you know that? You haven’t met every mom in the whole entire world.” My son squeezed me tighter and said, “Yes I have. You are my world.” MMT
- Today, I have an elderly patient who is suffering from a severe case of Alzheimer’s. He can rarely remember his own name, and he often forgets where he is and what he said just a few minutes beforehand. But by the stretch of some miracle (perhaps the miracle of love), he remembers who is wife is every morning when she shows up to spend a few hours with him. He usually greets her by saying, “Hello my beautiful Kate.” MMT
- Today, my 21 year old Labrador can barely stand up, can’t see, can’t hear, and doesn’t have enough strength to bark. But it doesn’t stop her from wagging her tail a mile a minute every single time I walk into the room. MMT
- Today is our 10th anniversary, but since my husband and I are both recently unemployed we agreed not to get each other any gifts. When I woke up this morning, my husband was already up. I walked downstairs to find beautiful wild flowers brilliantly arranged all over the house. There must be 400 flowers total and he didn’t spend a dime. MMT
- Today, my high school boyfriend, who I thought I’d never see again, showed me the pictures of the two of us he kept in his Army helmet while he was overseas for the last 8 years. MMT
- Today, my 88-year-old grandmother and her 17 year old cat are both blind. My grandmother’s guide dog leads my grandmother around the house, which is normal. But lately, he’s been guiding her cat around the house too. When her cat meows, he walks up and rubs against her, and then she follows directly behind him to her food, to the litter box, to the other end of the house for a nap, etc. MMT
- Today, I watched in horror through the kitchen window as my 2-year-old slipped and fell head first into the pool. But before I could get to her, our Labrador Retriever, Rex, jumped in after her, grabbed her by her shirt collar and pulled her to the shallow steps where she could stand. MMT
- Today, my older brother has donated bone marrow 16 times to help treat my cancer. He communicates directly with my doctor and does it without me even asking or knowing when he has an appointment. And today my doctor informed me that the treatment appears to be working. “Cancer cells have been drastically reduced in the last few months.” MMT
- Today, I was driving home with my grandfather when he suddenly made a u-turn and said, “I forgot to get your grandmother a bouquet of flowers. I’ll pick up one from the florist at the corner down here. It’ll only take a second.” “What’s so special about today that you have to buy her flowers?” I asked. “There’s nothing specifically special about today,” my grandfather said. “Every day is special. Your grandmother loves flowers. They put a smile on her face.” MMT
- Today, I re-read the suicide letter I wrote on the afternoon of September 2nd 1996 about two minutes before my girlfriend showed up at my door and told me, “I’m pregnant.” Suddenly I felt I had a reason to live. Today she’s my wife. We’ve been happily married for 14 years. And my daughter, who is almost 15 now, has two younger brothers. I re-read my suicide letter from time to time as a reminder to be thankful – I am thankful I got a second chance at life and love. MMT
- Today, and every day for the last two months since I returned to school with burn scars on my face after being hospitalized for nearly a month for injuries I sustained in a house fire, a red rose was taped to my locker when I got to school in the morning. I have no clue who is getting to school early and leaving me these roses. I’ve even arrived early myself a few times to try to figure it out, but each time the rose was already there. MMT
- Today was the 10 year anniversary of my dad’s passing. When I was a kid he used to hum a short melody to me as I was going to sleep. When I was 18, as he rested in his hospital bed fighting cancer, the roles were reversed and I hummed the melody to him. I haven’t heard that melody since, until last night. My fiancé and I were turned on our sides looking at each other in bed when he started humming it to me. His mom used to hum it to him when he was a kid. MMT

Tales of Love 2
I was walking around in a Big Bazar store making shopping, when I saw a Cashier talking to a boy couldn't have been more than 5 or 6 years old..
The Cashier said, 'I'm sorry, but you don't have enough money to buy this doll. Then the little boy turned to me and asked: ''Uncle, are you sure I don't have enough money?''
I counted his cash and replied: ''You know that you don't have enough money to buy the doll, my dear.'' The little boy was still holding the doll in his hand.
Finally, I walked toward him and I asked him who he wished to give this doll to. 'It's the doll that my sister loved most and wanted so much . I wanted to give her for her BIRTHDAY.
I have to give the doll to my mommy so that she can give it to my sister when she goes there.' His eyes were so sad while saying this. 'My Sister has gone to be with God.. Daddy says that Mommy is going to see God very soon too, so I thought that she could take the doll with her to give it to my sister...''
My heart nearly stopped. The little boy looked up at me and said: 'I told daddy to tell mommy not to go yet. I need her to wait until I come back from the mall.' Then he showed me a very nice photo of him where he was laughing. He then told me 'I want mommy to take my picture with her so my sister won't forget me.' 'I love my mommy and I wish she doesn't have to leave me, but daddy says that she has to go to be with my little sister.' Then he looked again at the doll with sad eyes, very quietly..
I quickly reached for my wallet and said to the boy. 'Suppose we check again, just in case you do have enough money for the doll?''
'OK' he said, 'I hope I do have enough.' I added some of my money to his with out him seeing and we started to count it. There was enough for the doll and even some spare money.
The little boy said: 'Thank you God for giving me enough money!'
Then he looked at me and added, 'I asked last night before I went to sleep for God to make sure I had enough money to buy this doll, so that mommy could give It to my sister. He heard me!'' 'I also wanted to have enough money to buy a white rose for my mommy, but I didn't dare to ask God for too much. But He gave me enough to buy the doll and a white rose. My mommy loves white roses.'
I finished my shopping in a totally different state from when I started. I couldn't get the little boy out of my mind. Then I remembered a local news paper article two days ago, which mentioned a drunk man in a truck, who hit a car occupied by a young woman and a little girl. The little girl died right away, and the mother was left in a critical state. The family had to decide whether to pull the plug on the life-sustaining machine, because the young woman would not be able to recover from the coma. Was this the family of the little boy?
Two days after this encounter with the little boy, I read in the news paper that the young woman had passed away.. I couldn't stop myself as I bought a bunch of white roses and I went to the funeral home where the body of the young woman was exposed for people to see and make last wishes before her burial. She was there, in her coffin, holding a beautiful white rose in her hand with the photo of the little boy and the doll placed over her chest. I left the place, teary-eyed, feeling that my life had been changed for ever...
The love that the little boy had for his mother and his sister is still, to this day, hard to imagine. And in a fraction of a second, a drunk driver had taken all this away from him.

Tales of Love: Penny's Story
For the next few writings, we will be sharing emails received from readers of their experiences with Love. First up is Penny’s tale.
My name is Penny and I will like to believe that there is actually nothing wrong with me, as I seem to find the wrong ends of love. I have got quiet a few too many bad experiences when it comes to trying to find the right guy, as many of us call it "The One".
Now from the all too good to be true, Oh!!! I cant believe he is standing right there in front of me, to the breathe takers and the ones who turn you to the clumsy fool. I have been there, done that. I have even gone further to the; be his life source and he will remember you in the good days; understanding girlfriend as he is going through a lot at the moment; so he flirts at least he still comes home to me at the end of each day. I have been the pathetic, desperate, and all too pleasing, keep your cool girlfriend.
Now I meet Mike and believe me he was Cute! He was one of those guys your girlfriends say you have no chance in hell with. We had met at a club. Prior to that evening I had made the special effort to look tight and hot. Believe me I had even become aware of the effect I was having before getting to the club. I had gotten a full tank of gas courtesy my outfit for the evening and the effect it was pulling on some guy that wanted to show off. As always the girls and myself had enjoyed a good laugh about this all the way to our venue for the night. Our motto for the night was just to have a fantastic girls night out without any intrusions from the opposite sex. We had stuck to this even when the gentleman who had filled the tank was offering to tag along and give us a good night out on his account.
The night had started off okay as we had gotten one of the tables at the Coliseum. It had been an entertaining one as well. As planned, we girls had stuck together. However, that was about to be short-lived as Mike and his guys made their way into the club. It was like this had been planned, as they walked in they had made it a plan to tear apart the girl power thing we had going. Mike had picked me out of the group as his, Justin had gone for Chantelle, Ben had gone for Angel, Thomas had gone for Vivian and Peter had gone for Vanessa.
Seemed their motto had been not to take no for an answer. Before we knew what was happening the guys had got us giggling and laughing. As we got comfortable, everyone began to pair up on the dance floor. We could tell we had left the guys speechless by the end of the night. We had all left there having exchanged blackberry pins, numbers and even email addresses. The logic the guys had gone with was there was no way in hell we could say we didn’t get any of their communication methods.
Mike had offered to drive us home and I had gladly accepted given I had been drinking that night. The other ladies had been grateful that I accepted as they had found it as a last chance to pair up once again and enjoy the drive home with the guys. The night could not have ended any better as he had been the perfect gentleman, and said his goodbyes in the most respectful of ways.
For myself this had sparked an interest and I had gone to bed early hours of that morning praying he kept in touch (as we ladies all know, we appear too desperate if we make the first call or send the first message). I had woken up later in the day to a message from him thanking me for an amazing night and proposing if we could get to see again as I had left quiet an impression. I had agreed although I had formed busy to ensure I did not seem too desperate. This had created a 4-days interval between when we last saw to the next date.
I had taken my day to ensure I looked good for this date. As agreed we had met at Churras at 6.30pm for a meal to get to know a little more about each other. The evening had been good, that’s all I can say. We had talked all through. Everything had flowed smoothly. It had been one of those dates where you just felt comfortable and relaxed. Before we knew it, it was almost 10pm. I played the good girl and said I had to get home, as I did not want to be driving on my own, too late at night. This time he had said goodnight with a peck. Geez! that peck had sent some chills down my body as I had felt his breathe on my skin.
Days following we had chatted, talked on the phone and the excitement had built as the days progressed. I didn’t want to admit it but with each passing day I fell in love with the guy. I had gradually gotten to a point where I could not wake up without sending a good morning across to him or go to bed without him being the last person I spoke to. As I began to fall into the routine, the changes started becoming evident. He became a lot more busy than usual or too tired to talk on the phone for too long or forgot he said he would call me back.
For some strange reason as we ladies seem to always become when it comes to the matters of the heart, I understood and was very supportive during this period. From the guy I adored, our love became one that had its days. Some really good ones where I was made to feel like the only woman in his life to the really bad ones where I was shut out completely.
Few months later, the truth behind the mystery came out. I had gone to spend a few nights at his and had stumbled on a few difficult truths. I was not the only woman in his life. During my stay there had been a couple of midnight calls where he had to excuse himself from the room to talk to the caller. On one of the nights I had pretended to be deep in sleep and had heard the full conversation. He had moved me a couple of times to see if I was awake but I had acted well enough to convince him I was asleep.
The caller had been a female as I could tell from the voice on the other end of the phone. The conversation had been really weird but from what I had gathered she needed to see him and she wanted to see him fast as the itch within her thighs needed to be sorted out. Mike my so-called boyfriend had promised her a whole weekend, the weekend following my visit. He had stated where they should meet and how she was in for a surprise.
I had asked him the next morning and he had said he did not know if he had any plans yet and would have to check his diary and get back to me. I had just left matters as they were without saying anything and left. As agreed on the day he was meant to be meeting her, I showed up at the spot and confronted him. It was amazing to see how the blood drained from his face on sighting him. I had waited for the perfect moment, while he was kissing her.
I had just walked away after ensuring he knew I had seen him. He had run after me and begged. He had even reported himself to his mom and begged her to please talk to me and appeal to me as a daughter. His friends had all taken turns in calling me up and begging me to pardon and forgive, as this was the first serious relationship he had been involved in. He had sent gifts, letters, apology cards and all. He had shown up at my door begging to just be heard out.
I finally gave him a chance to speak to me. He had explained that bringing himself to just focus on one woman was one of his fears. He had watched a close friend put himself in love and it had not ended well. He asked for another opportunity and promised to make it up to me daily if I just take him back. I know this sounds very sad and all, but his speech had been better. It might have been the emotions that clouded my judgement as well. I had taken him back and watched to see how things would go. For a few months, things had gone very smoothly and I could not have been happier.
I was soon to learn that old habits die-hard. Soon the girls started calling again, I became the item of ridicule even amongst his friends, we would go out and I would be left to entertain myself because he was busy helping his mates with stuff. Girls would pass their details to him while I stood there. Then he began to get angry whenever I objected to something he had done that I thought was disrespectful. He termed me the jealous nag who got all worked up once other ladies started to move close to him. He concluded I was just scared of competition and lacked confidence in myself.
From this relationship I suffered, emotional and psychological abuse. It got as bad that I would make extra effort to look just nice for him, I started dieting. I was afraid to bring my girlfriends close just in case he fancied one of them, as I could not bring myself to go through that torture. I did most of the calling and checking up on just in the name of not wanting to be alone and wanting to be loved. Finally it got to a point where I found my voice and I ended it all. Even getting over him had not been easy as he continuously made sure I was reminded of him and all he stood for in my life.
I was good to this guy. I did everything the perfect girlfriend would do; the cooking, the cleaning, helping to meet his needs, always there to listen no matter what time of the night, and helping with work projects amongst other things. I played the role so well even his mates envied him and prayed for a girl like me. Was I wrong for being this good and too easy. I have learnt not to force love but let love find you. Loneliness hurts a lot but loving the wrong person hurts even more. The patient dog gets the fattest bone. I will get my bone soon enough I believe. Its just a matter of time.

FORGIVE ME WHEN I WHINE!
Today, upon a bus, I saw a very beautiful woman and wished I were as beautiful. When suddenly she rose to leave, I saw her hobble down the aisle. She had one leg and wore a crutch. But as she passed, she passed a smile.
Oh, God, forgive me when I whine. I have two legs; the world is mine.
I stopped to buy some candy. The lad who sold it had such charm. I talked with him, he seemed so glad. If I were late, it'd do no harm. And as I left, he said to me, "I thank you, you've been so kind. It's nice to talk with folks like you. You see," he said, "I'm blind."
Oh, God, forgive me when I whine. I have two eyes; the world is mine.
Later while walking down the street, I saw a child I knew. He stood and watched the others play, but he did not know what to do. I stopped a moment and then I said, "Why don't you join them dear?" He looked ahead without a word. I forgot, he couldn't hear.
Oh, God, forgive me when I whine. I have two ears; the world is mine.
With feet to take me where I'd go.
With eyes to see the sunset's glow.
With ears to hear what I'd know.
Oh, God, forgive me when I whine. I've been blessed indeed, the world is mine.
If this poem makes you feel thankful, forward it on and make someone else thankful.
After all, it's just a simple reminder that we have so much to be thankful for!
Give The Gift Of Love... It Never Comes Back Empty !!!

Recognising Value
'To realize the value of a sister or brother, ask someone who doesn't have one
To realize the value of ten years, ask a newly divorced couple
To realize the value of four years, ask a graduate from a college
To realize the value of one year, ask a student who failed a final exam
To realize the value of nine months, ask a mother who had a stillborn
To realize the value of one month, ask a mother who had a premature baby
To realize the value of one week, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper
To realize the value of one-second, ask a person who survived an accident
To realize the value of one minute, ask a person who missed the train, bus or plane
To realize the value of one hour, ask a person who just survived a stroke'
The writer of this note is unknown but we can glean the valuable lessons. We should consistently put value on each virtue given to us in equal measures: Time, Treasures, Talents and Relationships. The use of our opportunities determines how well we reap the benefits. Time as our greatest resource cannot be reversed. We must treasure every opportunity and maximise them; with each one considered special. We don't have to wait till you miss a friend, colleague, family members before realizing how valuable they are. Place a call to a loved one this week to mend a broken relationship and tell them how valuable they are. 'Everyone who wants a friend in others must first show them friendly'. There is a King and a Fool in every person the one we speak to responds to us in life!

Do you remember? (Thot we wud share!!)
My name is Dayo. I’m a typical Nigerian guy and I cherish my Fridays a lot. I get to hang out with the sickest guys every Friday night and it’s another escape from my nagging and boring wife. I get confused sometimes on whether she’s my mother or my wife. Don’t get it twisted; I love her to bits, it just gets complicated; like I wish we never got married…marriage has turned her into something that doesn’t amuse me. I wish she was still the adventurous, charming, high spirited lady I dated for five years.
A lot of people say its unethical for married guys to be found in a club. I wish people won’t be too quick to judge as well as understand that people look for fun to run away from their problems. They just want to breathe, like me.
I forgot to say that I work in Guarantee Trust Bank along Lekki, I love my job and my job loves me, maybe its because I’m the Senior Banking Officer. Lol. This particular morning, a lady breezed into my office. My heart raced faster because I had not sighted anything this beautiful in a long while. She wasn’t the typical slender Barbie; infact, she was a bit chubby but with her smile and cuteness,…I was tripped.
“Hi Good Morning! The ATM has withheld my card!” She laughed, unlike a typical customer that would ram you.
I just tried to form Boss and laughed…
“Good morning, You know what? I’d personally make sure they get it out for you, but not today. Can you wait till Monday?” I smiled
“GTB shaaa! OK, can I just drop my number so you could call me up or just text when its ready so I don’t come twice? Please? My name is Nancy” She blinked her eyes in a funny way.
“Sure” I smiled
We exchanged numbers. What a lucky Friday!
It was 10:00pm and I headed to the club…as usual my friends were waiting for me. My wife had called a couple of times, I just ignored it. She knows I’m never home Friday nights.
“Look at you!” I heard someone say. I raised my head and it was the ATM lady-Nancy.
“Wow, look at you too!” I was surprised to see her but I was happy I didn’t have to wait till Monday to see her again.
“Happy Friday!” She screamed because of the noise, “Wanna dance?”
I didn’t even have the chance to answer, she already pulled me to dance floor. I really suck at dancing but she helped me; she was a great dancer! I had fun! At some point we decided to go to a private area and we talked, ranging from work, business to personal life. I tried to hide my ring as much as possible, I certainly didn’t want this to end now.
“You are a really wonderful lady. You are so interesting…any guy would want to be with you all day” I said.
“I wasn’t always like this but I have learned the hard way that life is just too short to be sad” she sang
Then her phone rang…
“Hey baby! Yeah I’m at the private lounge, I’d like you to meet someone…alright boo” she talked excitedly as usual.
I was in shock until this tall handsome man walks up to her and kisses her.
“You were late. Meet Dayo; I met him this morning, he’s helping with your ATM I told you got swallowed and Dayo this is my B to the O-O,” she laughed “Meet my husband Kolade, we only come here to dance every fortnight Friday; away from work, stress and kids.”
“Wow, a pleasure” I managed to shake him
Then she stood excitedly holding her husband’s arms.
“Why don’t we invite Dayo for Mimi’s 16th birthday tomorrow?” Her husband said
They have kids too? How long have they been married and they look like a couple just dating!
“Silly me, please come for my second daughter’s 16th tomorrow. It would be an honor” She brought out an I.V from her purse.
I began to feel so ashamed of myself…this was another guy like me, getting it right with one woman.
I collected the I.V and promised to be there.
“See you tomorrow! Have you had something to eat Kolade?” she talked and dragged her husband along.
They left and I kept staring at the thin air like I had seen a ghost. They come just to dance together every fortnight Fridays? Why didn’t I think of that! Temi loves to dance…she also likes long walks, she loves to talk…she loves jazz music, there’s this vivid picture I have of me putting her hand on my chest when we danced at a jazz club on our first year anniversary…I found myself typing all the things I knew Temi loved to do on my Ipad and I realized I had denied her of all…I had made her the old woman she acts like now.
What the hell was I doing here! I didn’t even tell my friends goodbye, I walked out of the club into my Jaguar. Temi’s call came through and I picked at first ring.
“Temi?” My heart raced
“I know you are not coming home…”
“I am, stay up so we can gist. Been a while” I decided to do everything on that list and to even add many more for the rest of my lifetime with her.
“Are you alright?” She was shocked I suppose
“And I’d like us to go for a birthday party tomorrow. I want you to meet this amazing couple”
“You sound different Dayo”
“Maybe I’m different”
“Don’t say it! don’t say it! when you come we will gist very well” she laughed
She laughed!!! In just that laughter that I hadn’t heard in a while, she sounded like the lady I married six years ago…
Dear reader,
I wrote this natural piece just to remind us that creating memorable moments with our partner matters. Do you know that little things are the sweetest things? Just creating time to gist and laugh with your partner, having a day in the week that’s exclusively for you both- No friends or kids allowed.
Lady, when last have you told your partner he is so darn hot?
Guy! When last have you told your lady she is the sweetest thing?
When last have you whispered ‘Thank you’?
When last have you been quick to say ‘I’m sorry’?
Do you even have a clue on what your partner loves to do?
When you ignore little things, they are the little pieces of rocks that build up to become a mountain you can’t easily break down. Pay attention to little things, believe that they work and experience new bliss!
Juliet Angels came across this piece and decided we would share it on our blog as well. Its a piece we love!
Many times relationships break down because either party believes the other has changed or the relationship or marriage has lost its excitement and spark. Instead it has become a boring, old routine. The more you get comfortable in just your own company, the easier the door of temptation is opened and the easier it is to drift apart. Take time out to rekindle and re-do the things that once bought you together, take time out to find out and experience the new things your partner loves. Remember there was a reason why you chose and picked that person, live each day reminding yourself of this very reason.
Yours Truly,
Juliet Angels

Inspiration for the week... What you can still do!
"I was raped at the age of 9" - Oprah Winfrey
"I didn't even complete my university education" - Bill Gates
"In my childhood days, I stitched shoes" - Abraham Lincoln
"I struggled academically throughout elementary school" - Ben Carson
"I used to serve tea at a shop to support my football training" - Lionel Messi
"I used to sleep on the floor in friend's rooms, returning coke bottles for food money, and getting weekly free meals at a local temple" - Steve Jobs
"My teachers used to call me a failure" - Tony Blair
Destiny is not where youu are, but where you are going; Destiny is not who you are, but who you are going to be. Life is not about what you couldn't do so far, it's about WHAT YOU STILL CAN DO!
Every King was once a crying and helpless baby and every Great Building was once a picture. Do not limit yourself by looking at where you are today (present) or where you came from (past); Look brightly at where you want to be (future/tomorrow) and work you butt off to get there, ignoring the difficulties and challenges that arrive and utilising the lessons taught by this situations.
You are not a definition of your past, you are a definition of who you choose to be!!!

ADDICTED!!!
I'm addicted to a girl named Moyo
She so petit and beautiful
I'm addicted to her succulent lips
And that smile from which I can't throw a fit
I'm addicted to her cute little waist
The radius of which is 5 times my wrist
I'm addicted to the way she dances
Her winding and grinding makes me want to spill ounces
She so petit and beautiful
I'm addicted to her succulent lips
And that smile from which I can't throw a fit
I'm addicted to her cute little waist
The radius of which is 5 times my wrist
I'm addicted to the way she dances
Her winding and grinding makes me want to spill ounces
There is no other more deserving to be my one and only
I'm addicted to her special place and body
Looking forward to the day she would have my baby
I'm addicted to the way she walks and talks
Especially when she sound like an angel after a glass of coke on the
rocks
I'm addicted to her scent and her fragrance
It's like my brain on drugs without the consequence
I'm addicted to her scent and her fragrance
It's like my brain on drugs without the consequence
I'm addicted to her face and the way she tastes
Even better than snickers melted in hot chocolate
I'm addicted to her nipples and bobbies
Tips so perky like jelly babies
So addicted that I need to mention them twice
I named them Eve and pouch spice
I'm addicted to her demeanour and attitude
she's always respectful and rarely rude
I'm addicted to her fashion sense and style
She always dresses like my queen because she's my star
I'm addicted to her confidence and food
She knows she has no need to worry since I have it good
I'm addicted to her tiny waist and perfect hips
The sight of which is total bliss
I'm addicted to her brains and intellect
My baby is smart and commands respect
I'm addicted to her silliness like when she pouts
She sticks hers Lips out like a baby who is about to sulk
I'm addicted to her love and affectionHers feels like no other sensation
I'm addicted to all the pain and madness
No other can make me feel that while being a princess
I'm addicted to the wonderful girl called Moyo
Without her my world would be plain and uneventful

Inspirational Thought of the Week!
"You never get a second chance to make a First impression"
The first impression people have of you, go a long way in determining a lot about you. First impressions go into what people think of you as a person, your character, and how or if they choose to relate to you as well as what people will decide to pass on to others when they talk about you.
Stand tall and strong. Be confident in who you are and proud of what you have to offer. Let your first impressions count.
Enjoy your week!

Death Snatches: Tribute to All fallen Nigerian Eagles on Dana Air

As the news of the plane crash of Dana Air in Nigeria reached the world on Sunday 3rd June 2012, the world felt a wave of panic, hearts broke everywhere as people hoped and prayed loved ones were not among, thoughts and prayers of comfort went and still go out to families of those affected, followed by rage and anger.
Words can't describe the emotions being felt by citizens of Nigeria as death struck. For once death could have been beaten to its game as it snatched over 150 people. Speechless as a country, we watched as future leaders, men from various trades, prominent citizens, assets to Nigeria, dignified resources, and useful knowledge bases were lost.
Death could have been stopped! The management of Dana Air, Airport Air Control, the Pilot and Air Crew, could have stopped it. Had death played a trick on these lot with over confidence?
Families have been torn apart, marriages ended, kids left fatherless, motherless or even orphans, widows nd widowers have been created. Who do we turn to for answers, who will explain why mummy, daddy or both will not be seen again, who will answer d mourning loved ones in their rage and fury, does the government condolences make us feel better, do we get our loved ones back or does this make it all a dream, why do we have to pay for the incompetence and money hungry decisions made?
Death played a quick one, and Nigeria let it happen. Nigeria and all those accountable better have answers to this questions. We will never be able to comprehend or realize the values that have been lost, we are left in a state of maybes as to what these souls could have accomplished or their impact on the world.

Sex by the Last Don.
In this day and age sometimes the secret to a persons heart.
You will know what I mean if you are someone's counterpart.
Might be a 3 letter world but no matter what anyone says or calls it,
it's critical to any and every relationship.
Can be just for recreation, for others a way to relieve their tension.
There are those that are just addicted to the sensations they felt
as they engaged in this wondrous act that we are born knowing, that's a fact.
There are others that always wants to relive the feeling
that comes with a man sliding against the ceiling
of their twinkie as they are on all fours pushing up their hinie
In this digital age there exists the fear of not satisfying ones partner,
Even when you ask, you are not sure if they are being truthful with their answer
Here is a piece of advice to all the fellas, make it your aim to please her.
Once you're successful, she will take you places you've only hoped for.
This is with no complaints making you ask, isn't she suppose to be a saint?
Most men can easly pop a shotgun, for the ladies you need to understand their inner Sanctum.
There are so many ways these days to lay the pipe and enjoy the craze.
You know like holding onto her braids as she twitches out "No more spanking babe".
Some ladies are reincarnated clowns as they love jigging balls.
This could be while they are at home of trying out a new bra.
Other prefer the rabbit to hop on that place until it feels like the earth is about to gyrate.
No matter if they always want more, don't ever call her a whore.
I might be worng and some do, Who knows?
This is getting too dirty and explicit, let me wash and rinse it.
The word could mean Seriously Extreme Xtascy.
Some don't care so long as they get it all sticky.
But it originates from the 1300 to 1400 from the Latin word Sexus
Somehow it wasn't lost in translation, who wants Sex, Us!
Man came from a hole and ever since he's been trying to poke his way back in it.
That's just dirty but we all need to respect it.
There is not another pleasure in life like it.
If you do know of another please share it.
Not yet tasted it then please don't start until you are ready.
Sex is one of those things that once tasted you wont want to terminate.
If you remember the first time you tasted sugar,
your eyes opened and you became alert like a cougar.
Don't confuse this with addiction or curiosity.
You just need to explore and experience it, that's putting it simply.
Some want it publicly, some hide their urge for it secretly.
Others can control the urge while others experience it in the shadows with someone.
There are those that are master at self gratification.
Making it difficult for their future partner to match that level of sensation.
What ever the case don't hide it, rather embrace it.
For without this marvellous act of passion.
Neither you nor I would be here in this dimension.
We would probably be chilling in sperm-tacular and egg-tacular Uni.
Hurray!! For all penis and Hurray!! For all gianies.
Without you we would be extinct like the t-Rex.
We love you baby. We love Sex.

Inspirational thought of the week
"Every morning you have two choices: continue to sleep with dreams or wake up and chase your dreams. The choice is yours..."
To fail is to succeed. Don't let the fear of failing at your dreams, stop you from waking up to chase them. To fail is to gain a world of experience on what not to do the next time you try. As you begin this week, cash in on the experiences gained at your failed attempts, look back on them and take note on where you went wrong, and the key word here is to keep trying, and trying again until you succeed. Have a nice week!

Inspirational thought of the week!
"the number one reason people give up so fast is because they tend to look at how far they still have to go, instead of how far they have gotten" - Anonymous
It takes courage to keep going, perseverance to get there. No matter how hard it is, your determination should be to keep walking till you get there. You will never know how near you are to making it if you give up. Have a lovely week!

Destiny
Its Sunday Morning and as I sit and think, the word "DESTINY" comes to mind.
What is Destiny? The hidden power believed to control what will happen in the future. The term "FATE" can be used in its place.
What will happen in future. Our destiny, Our fate.
How far do we go in determining this?
As I sit and examine this amazing puzzle, I am taken back to when we are babies. Even then our destiny is not in our hands. It a decision that lies with our respective parents. They had to decide to have us, for us to be in existence. I think of those whose destiny had been terminated as a result of pre-mature death, or being aborted.
You become a new born, a toddler, and then a teenager. Even then you have little or no say in the decisions that shape your destiny. Your school, the extra activities you take, what you wear, what you eat, how you relate and talk is not entirely based on you. You are affected by your parents, the media, your friends and people you look up to.
Then comes the choice for University and everyone has got a say on what they feel you should go and study. Everyone has a reason for their suggestions. In the case that the choice depends on you, you hope you are selected by the university as being good enough and meeting their requirements. Even in this case, you have chosen your university but the choice of being selected is still not up to you. Hence your destiny is still in the hand of another person. While at University the grades and overall classification you come out with, as much as we might want to say lies in our hands is still determined by people outside your control. As such their opinions go a long way in your study pattern, your writing style, your opinions and views and in general your perspective of the academic world.
You finish studying and the society at large expects the next step to be you going out there, to find a suitable employment. Then comes the long process of applications, and even here your writing style is still determined by what employers and agencies are looking for and find acceptable. Your covering letter and CV have to meet a particular standard to be shortlisted, and selected. Then, the skills you have acquired over the years also go a long way in determining if you application will be processed. Even then, the choice of being made an offer is still not in your hands as the employer has got to find you suitable job-wise and personality-wise. To an extent the choice to accept or not accept an offer made lies with you and the current economic situation you are in.
When you finally get the job, your career progression is determined by your efforts and the management noting this effort and regarding it as good enough for a promotion. Your success at work is determined by how well you adapt to the work environment, the vary cultures and work ethics.
Health, Economic climate, the environment, friends, relatives, circumstances and situations in life all affect our destiny one way or the other. Life in general is affected by these factors. However, this is all as much as we let them affect us
Does ones Destiny get changed as a result of events in life and the happenings in the environment. As I sit and ponder, I came to the conclusion, that everything in life happens for a reason. We are born, live and die, accomplish the things we do, face the challenges and set backs we do in life all for a reason. However, as much as all these factors affect our destiny in life, the extent to which its affected is dependent on us as individuals. We make our lives what we determine and live our lives to be. We make our decisions and the consequences for these decisions is what life becomes and what our destiny is based on.
You want your destiny to be bright and fulfilled, grab these little events of life, these factors that determine destiny and stare it in the face with no fear or shortcomings and make the best use of all the opportunities it presents. Its not easy but it lies with you. Live your life in a way that you can look back from time to time, and be grateful for your destiny. Live your life, at least the part you get a say in the way you want to live it not by the dictation of others. Perseverance is the key, people won't always like you, situations and events might not always change but you always have the option of adapting and making the best use of whatever circumstances you find yourself. Your destiny is in your hands but is affected by the factors, events, situations that you allow to affect it!

Cheers to the freaking New Year (2012)!!!
With every new year comes new aspirations, dreams, opportunities, hurts, broken promises and an open gateway to change the things we do not like about ourselves.
At the end of every year, just before the clock of midnight signalling the first day in a new year, we all come up with resolutions and promises to ourselves and others of things that will be different in the year. Some of these decisions do not make it past the hours at which they are decided and as such never have the chance to even survive. Others make it into days and months and then end up being forgotten. The really determined individuals ensure they see their decisions right through from it conception to its fulfillment.
As I wrote this, I sat and wondered what group I fell into and decided I was a bit of each. There are certain decisions that I never see through to completion when they are made, there are others that guide my life for days and months and there are the ones I hold right through till the end of the year.
So this year I decided I would share my resolutions to see if it makes a difference in how serious I take them. Here goes;

As I wrote this, I sat and wondered what group I fell into and decided I was a bit of each. There are certain decisions that I never see through to completion when they are made, there are others that guide my life for days and months and there are the ones I hold right through till the end of the year.
So this year I decided I would share my resolutions to see if it makes a difference in how serious I take them. Here goes;
- Get to know God more. I have been a selfish little thing with regards to this. As long as everything is going on fine for me, I have little or no time for the Creator. As soon as things go wrong for a bit, just a tiny little bit, everything in me asks where He has been and why He would let such happen. This year, am going to be thankful for nothing more than the gift of life. If I get nothing more than that gift this year from Him, its good enough. I stand amazed at the things I know not of, that happen everything I lay my head to sleep and yet in the morning, my body still knows that its time to get up and begin the activities of the day.
- Learn to love and forgive. Two very important concepts yet always overlooked by humanity. We live in a world where everything is done with an expectation of getting something back in return. Fellas utter the word love just to get sex out of it. Ladies utter the word love, cos the dude has got all they require to live a comfortable life. Not always the case but we still have the exceptional situations. People give loans or do a good deed nowadays, with an expectation that when they are in need you will also come through for them. As a result we have got a world where certain actions are performed just because of an expected reaction/outcome. This in-turn affects our ability to overlook offences and easily forgive and move on. My resolution is to carry no grudges from a previous month into a new month as well as to ensure that this year I love with no conditions whatsoever attached to how I show it.
- Encourage Peace as much as it depends on me. I take a look at the news nowadays and its quite appalling. Countries turning against countries, people turning against people, religions turning against religion. There is so much unrest in the world at the moment, it makes me wonder what the generation after us will have to contend with. The irony of it all as I see it, is that we are breeding a world full of so much hate, hurt, and violence that I fear the generation after us will have little or no recall of what a loving society, country and world should be. I fear the definition of community or collective group is lost. The funny thing is we all have a part to play. Its your world as much as its mine, your responsibility and mine. I choose to make my world a better, happier place and encourage peace as much as I can this year.
- Offer a listening ear. If we all took time to listen to others, we do not know the amount of difference it will make to the world. Many times we all crave to have just one person seat once in a while and listen to what we have to say. I am choosing to be accessible this year and take the time out to listen to people. As part of my resolution, anyone who wants a listening ear can write to; angelsjuliet@gmail.com
We are a few days into the new year already, just in-case you did not start it on a good note, it not to late to put it back on track. So, live the remaining of this year with a positive can-do attitude, where only you acts as your own limiting factor. Remember, only yourself stands in the way of reaching and achieving what it is that you want. A right frame of mind and attitude goes a long way in contributing to your motivation and determination.
Take time to careful consider the opportunities that come your way this year. Remember to grab and cherish all good experiences, learn from the painful one and grow from the lessons. Smile a lot this year and don't forget to document, take pictures or do both for the memories that fill your year with laughter, joy and happiness.
Please write and keep us updated every step of the way as you journey through this year. We promise to also do the same and write more this year. Happy New Year and cheers to a freaking year full of memories and surprises.
